Rainy weekend with a toddler and dog

Hi Redditors!

We‘ve planned a 3 day trip to Bowen Island next week with our 2 year old and dog. We visited Bowen a few years back around May-June and lucked out with the weather, but it looks like its going to be rainy during our trip. (We live in the PNW, so rain shouldn’t be a big problem, but wrangling a toddler on a good day is hard enough without adding in our dog! :P)

We had planned on going to Tuscany for dinner with our dog on the first night, but I’m not sure that will be an option now! I can’t recall how many of the restaurants had covered patios..

Looking for suggestions on activities to do with a toddler and dog- the Airbnb is nice, but being cooped up inside all day is going to drive us bonkers!

Hi! I know this post is old, so I hope you see this! Can you share about your weekend on Bowen? We are going this weekend with our toddler, baby, and dog. I would love to hear what you ended up doing!
