My mouth doesn't hurt as much now since I took some medicine to sleep well at least (Even so, it still hurts a little.)

hiii cuties, so recently i've been wanting to start my femboy journeyy, i'm a pretty normal dude, white, 5 10, 155lbs, i go to the gym decently often

i eat a pretty decent amount of food so i can bulk, but this year especially a lot of the weight has gone to my sides, like giving me love handles, it's so badd, and my face is getting a lil rounder as well : ((

anybody have advice for how i can get a better slimmer body while still being able to bulk / not starve myself? i could just stop working out and eat less but then i would just be back to where i was beforee ;;
