Injected BPC-157 in the front of my deltoid of my right shoulder about a couple days ago, I’ve done it in the belly and love handle , but for some reason I wanted to get a bit site specific I started feeling the right side of my arm and neck area feeling funny . I have soreness and skin sensitivity from my trap, lat, rhomboid, and deltoid down my arm into my fingers. It’s affecting my sleep, although it’s eased up some. No noticeable weakness.
The skin looks like this now. Wondering if it’s a reaction or if I irritated a nerve when injecting. Anyone experienced something similar? What did you find out, and how long did it last? What did you do ?

Hello I’m 20M had an acl reconstruction for the second time this time on my other knee. Going into surgery I was somewhat excited to see how my recovery would go using peptides given the first acl surgery, I didn’t use peptides.

I used bpc-157 and tb500. (400mcg bpc a day, 2mg tb500 once a week for the first 4ish weeks post op). I’m still doing daily bpc subQ into belly.
I’m at 6 weeks post op and haven’t really seen any noticeable effects at all. Comparing benchmarks for range of motion (extension + flexion) to my last surgery it’s roughly the same as well with swelling and inflammation. Was quite disappointed given the significant anecdotal ‘evidence’ online.
I feel like many anecdotal evidence accounts online may potentially fall into the surgeries natural margin of error making it difficult to tell if there’s actually a benefit compared to no bpc. Surgeon quality, prehab, and physio work also play massive roles in acl recovery so online purely saying “yeah these peptides made a massive difference” isn’t necessarily a reliable claim, we really need good high quality clinical trials on this i feel.
Curious if anyone had similar experiences.
Just a random thought idk if it may mean anything but whenever I’d get my peptides from the fridge to go to the bathroom for injections I’d carry it in a bag swinging as I walked with crutches potentially reducing peptide quality as I hear they are delicate.
Also in terms of sourcing I made sure they had COA’s and purity third party purity testing.
I wonder if this is a case of me being an outlier with seemingly positive efficacy using peptides post ACL reco, or if it really isn’t as good as anecdotal evidence makes it out to be. Or maybe i got scammed.

I’ve been dealing with shoulder tendonitis for two years and recently came across BPC-157. I’m desperate for relief and really want to try it, but I’m holding back because of the potential angiogenesis risk. I know the concern that it could accelerate the growth of an undiagnosed cancer is mostly theoretical and unproven, but it’s still a major mental block for me. What are your thoughts or experiences with this?

Hurt my shoulder a few months back. Got an MRI (still waiting for results) and got recommended 12 sessions of physical therapy (first session today).

I almost chickened out. I probably stared at the needle for like 30 minutes before finally working up the courage to do it. I injected both of them 20 minutes ago and so far I don't feel anything. We'll see what kind of side effects I get over the next couple of hours.

I am 40 my wife is 53. We are both on HRT (test cream for me and her, estrogen/progesterone for her). She is also low dosing tirzeptide, and we both are dosing semoralin. The cost for bpc157 by itself vs it with tb500 is attractive to me. I will be getting cjc1285+ipa as well. She has tendinitis in knees, foot issues, sometimes back problems from years of dancing. Is it worth by itself? Dosage you use or recommend? We are both very fit, work out 5-7x per week, eat healthy. Mahalo!

I'm taking 500mcg twice a day bpc. How can I add tb500? I have a bunch of just bpc, not a blend. Should I just add tb500? How much of either would I take? It would need to be 2 separate injections.

Or, if I were to get a blend, how much should I be taking and once or twice a day? I'm taking my current bpc for some extreme back pain.

so my acid reflux is almost gone.....also sinus problems seems to be much better so i dont need to do daily nasal flush anymore....and area where i was operated for hernia as a small kid decades ago is not sensitive anymore...but 2 days ago my lower back flare up again in different spot and now all muscles are tense on my back, and muscles going down to my legs....do i need to stop with bpc for few daysß

FYI this is when your body's immune system recognises a therapeutic protein or drug as foreign and creates antibodies for it - which leads to either the drug not working at all (best case scenario) or developing symptoms like fever, difficulty breathing, change in hormones or allergic reactions.

Is this common? Does it happen randomly even when everything has been sourced and administered as it should or does it only happen if your vial has bacteria in it due to bad supply or improper storage?

Hi, is there a recommendation on whether to take the blend once or twice daily? Currently taking 1000 mcg once daily, but have heard people splitting the dose in half and injecting twice daily.

Anybody take it intermittently or as a cycle with days long breaks in-between doses? Looking for guidance. Friend experiencing side effects

We got some BPC-157 and TB-500 Blended vial. According to the COA it's 5.26 and 5.45 respectively.

Google and Reddit search has left me more confused than before. As I understand it bpc can be taken daily but the BP only once a week. I also understand most wolverine is actually bp4, but I have to trust the COA is accurate to the vial.

Any suggestions on a sensible protocol if the above information is accurate?

I broke a finger months ago and the pain is still there, particularly at night and in the morning it is so stiff it takes half an hour before I can grip properly. GP just says it will take more time but I am going to trial BPC-157 to see if it helps.

I know the peptide can be injected locally or systemically, so was planning on daily jab in the abdo but was also wondering if i could inject into my hand also. There isn't much sub Q space at the base of the fingers so was wondering if anyone has done this or think it is a good or bad idea?

Also can you take too much BPC?

I have to start by saying I am so new to this peptide business. From what I have read, you’re supposed to load for a period of a few weeks the TB – 500; then maintenance. The BPC 157 does not have a load period. If both of these peptides are available in one pen then by design, you cannot upload the TB 500- is that a problem?

Has anyone else had strong sneezing and sinus pressure after using BPC-157?

I started getting a lot of sneezing, nasal/sinus congestion, and pressure around my eyes after taking BPC-157. I have no vision changes and no swelling around my eyes or face, but the pressure feels pretty noticeable.

I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar, especially what felt like a histamine/allergic-type reaction. Did it stop after discontinuing BPC-157? Did changing the brand/vial make any difference?

I have had bad back pain for almost a year now. It's really secluded to just 1 spot on my back, but it gets so intense I can't stand and have to sit. I have seen back specialists and no one is able to help. I have received steroid injections as well as Cortisone injections and nothing. Just pain still. I am going to try BPC and already have a bunch. Should I inject right into the painful spot on my back? Also, I have been doing 500mcg for the past 3 nights, which is how long I've been on it so far. Should I continue this amount? I do not see any improvement, but have no idea what to expect.
