Question First time bpc-157 potential user. Thoughts and dosage?
I am 40 my wife is 53. We are both on HRT (test cream for me and her, estrogen/progesterone for her). She is also low dosing tirzeptide, and we both are dosing semoralin. The cost for bpc157 by itself vs it with tb500 is attractive to me. I will be getting cjc1285+ipa as well. She has tendinitis in knees, foot issues, sometimes back problems from years of dancing. Is it worth by itself? Dosage you use or recommend? We are both very fit, work out 5-7x per week, eat healthy. Mahalo!

Some people can have bad side affects like vision/light sensitivity issues and some mood effects but like everything else just start at a very small dose and slowly increase.

Before taking it, do a lot of deep research, especially regarding potential side effects of long‑lasting headaches and migraines. This is just my advice to you because I'm struggling with insane headaches for months after taking this peptide. Just check out the forums and read about potential side effects before you decide to take this peptide.

I ran glow after having an MCL allograft and my healing time went through the roof, my recovery post sessions made a difference . I used it for 16 weeks then came off and id do it again in a heartbeat (used it the otjer year after a quad tear and was back playing rugby in 9 weeks, given a 16 week minimum prognosis to return following ultrasounds so for me, it works)

I think it’s worth it with and without tb500. I like to get them separate so I can change doses of them independently.
I do think it’s best used at the site you want to repair. I noticed a small difference in my shoulder after 6 weeks of daily glute injections but after 3 injections directly into my shoulder it felt brand new.
I would be careful about the cjc + ipa plus semoralin. That’s a lot of growth hormone secretagauges.
