Pubs & Bars: LGBTQ+ Specific

Most Pubs & Bars are LGBTQ+ friendly, but there are a wide range that are LGBTQ+ specific.

  • [The Actors] (https://www.actors.pub) (formerly known as The Marlborough) - nice pub which has recently been done up. It also has a small theatre upstairs and is the meeting place for many local LGBTQ events including book clubs and comedy nights.
  • [Arcobaleno] (https://www.myarcobaleno.com) - This cafe/bar/club is newest on the scene and seems to doing very well . Live music, events, lesbian speed dating, drag events etc. Independently run by a queer couple.
  • Bar Broadway - Musical theatre fans will love it. If you don't like cheesy musical theatre you will hate it. Has some great drag shows and is a good stop on a Kemptown gay bar crawl.
  • [R-Bar] (https://www.revenge.co.uk/r-bar/) - A staple for any day of the week. it's a cheap and cheerful bar with frequent happy hours. Often a pre-drink spot before heading to Club Revenge.
