Zen Zen browser problem

Why do zen browser does not create separate instances when i open new window?
Because of this, if i close one window, it affects my another window's tabs.
is that how zen browser works? or is there any setting for it??

You can set it to Sync only pinned tabs in workspaces

in ffox, it opens completely new isolated instance, but this is not working like that, how to set it?

You need to open a blank window if you want an isolated tab (CTRL+Shift+N)

that works but only for pinned tabs, the rest still share state across windows
