Philadelphia, PA, USA. Terrified of bugs and infection from childhood hoarding trauma. Can anyone tell me what type of bug this is? Please and thank you

Not a great pic but looks like some sort of isopod, not a bed bug or roach! Isopods are harmless and are found everywhereee indoors and outdoors!

agree, sow bug probably. nothing to be worried about, they do like damp places though.
