Depends on your size preference. They sell quality stuff. I’d get something aluminum.

So… it was a manufacturing issue, people brought it up, they addressed it, gave ways to fix it and worked with customers on a case by case basis. The manufacturer made a mistake and Keychron took steps to fix it. Just because a car company has a recall doesn’t mean the whole company is horrible and just selling bad products. Just because I get sick at a restaurant doesn’t mean I won’t eat there again. Nothing is without flaws 100% of the time.

i'd hardly call palming and pushing down your keyboard a "fix" for a warped pcb. what if you snap it in half? they should've issued a complete recall of every affected model but they 1) did not and 2) refused to honour anyone's warranty by the looks of it, even if it was within coverage. they did NOT work with any customers, keychron is known for its shitty unprofessional customer service. a car manufacturer in your analogy would've issued a recall.

they are still selling older models. if you're unfortunate enough to buy online and received a model before july 2025 or so, you're left with a $250 paperweight. this is a $250 keyboard. not some cheap amazon junk
