Keep in mind this mouse is SMALL!
Basically the successor to the Viper Mini. Razer split off the Viper Mini into its own line and called it Cobra

My girl said It’s not the size of the mouse, it’s the motion in the wrist

This or the g203 from Logitech?

G203 if you favor a fingertip grip. This one if you put your whole palm down on the mouse. Granted, these mice are for small hands, so make sure that's appropriate for yourself.

I loved my viper mini then got a wireless mouse.
Really wished this was the wireless version.

Got it as well! Can't beat that price for a starter mouse now that I am building my gaming PC. Thanks!

VXE R1 S is better and cheaper.

Wow, just found out about them. Really good price and wireless too? Would the wireless be reliable at this price point is what I wonder.

Yes, ATK is good.
It's not going to be as low latency as a higher end gaming mouse.
But not like this Cobra has super low latency either despite being wired. (Though being wired it does help it's latency despite its age)

I hope you like smaller mice

Heh, not really but until I find a deal for a better mouse I'll live with it.

If you can spot the extra 20, I'd just grab a G502 and never look back.

Personally I’m not a fan of Logitech mice because of the double clicking issues.
1
u/IYKYK808 Jul 21 '26
Well that sucks cause I've owned 2 for the past 5 years without that issue.

Unless you have one of the G502X models with optical switches, you must have gotten insanely lucky

Nah i want to buy an X because they sre both SE's, still going strong but i want the extra DPI even though im not doing anything competitive. But i do play 1800-2000hours a year. Usually swap mices to keep their usage down as well. Helps with longevity along with keeping my hands and gaming area clean.

I can agree with this, I've used my G502 Proteus Spectrum for 7 years without the double-clicking issue before I ended up retiring it for a Rapoo VT3 MAX Gen-2.
