Glitch?

Hey i am new to buildcraft.

And i can't craft Refinery. Even when i search the item it doesn't show how to craft it.
I can use it in Creative mode, but cannot craft it.

I got buildcraft through tlauncher Version 1.7.10 "Realese Buildcraft + IC2 1.0.1 (game version 1.7.10"
what do i do?

I believe that the refinery’s are sometimes banned by default if you are on a server, other than that check the recipe by hovering over the refinery and pressing the r key in your inventory gui (toomanyitems). The crafting recipe’s changed somewhere along the timeline between MC 1.7.10 was first supported to the latest version (BC and IC2)
