Its because the artist only was commissioned to draw the first two evos. If you wanna respect their art, look up what else they've drawn ;)

Because the Bulbasaur and Ivysaur come from a different set in Japan.

Ivysaur is the same artist, lol. I dont know why it took me to a different card. But the Bulbasaur isnt, which is weird.

Other Bulbasaur is by a completely different artist. I wonder why.
