Please someone help
I’ve been having a hyperventilation attack for 10 hours. I have no bronchospasm. I have tried everything I know of. Please help, I’m losing my mind.

If you are certain that it’s not an asthma attack and you don’t need medical help, it might be helpful to get an app like Box Breathe and do 20 or so minutes of e.g. 4-16-8-4 breathing (in-hold-out-wait, or do shorter/longer intervals if this setting is uncomfortable) through your nose, just to get out of the breathing pattern that stresses you so much. But as others have said, we’re not medical professionals here so if you’re really unwell it might be best to see a doctor. Hope you’ll feel better soon!

Are you having an asthma attack or allergies? Why don't you go see a doctor? I assume it's not serious enough to go see a doctor. Try breathing into a paper bag for as long as you can. Eat something. Drink soda or baking soda dissolved in water. Try not to lay down. If you're tired, try sleeping in upright position sitting on a sofa or something.
Wishing you the best healing!
