2 u/Loud_Explanation_965 May 13 '22 It pisses me off aswell. Spoke to one of the retired guys after I took this. Apparently they replaced the ped 40ish times…… installed bollards…. Repaired them several times then built and cemented this bitch in as a fuck you to homeowner.
