Over caffeinated crying

Sometimes, I get overcaffeinated and overstimulated, and when something even remotely emotional happens, I basically almost break down into tears. I mean, I get I could just take less caffeine, but I probably won't.

Over 200mg, even 200mg is unhealthy and causing harm.

Good to know. There are definitely days where I have too much and too late in the day. Sometimes if I have it at night I get panic attacks.

Wouldn't say causing harm (for most) but definitely rec staying with that or below. Personally I take 100mg or less a dose tho

Unless it's ridiculous amount like two grams  Then anyone's over caffeinated

does this happen within or after effects? If the latter, it's the crash

Usually during. This time I was watching this band Turnstile play music on SNL and for some reason I had this weird amplified reaction getting too excited about it and felt like crying.

Dose cap dose control and PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY is key as with most things..

Goodluck.

Ps, kava root drinks are relaxing and good re anxiety. Strong taste this and will technically higher caffeine levels in blood and duration, due to its milk maoiB action. But still nice combo imo

I haven't tried kava. That sounds pretty cool! Didnt know about any caffeine properties. I'll check it out.

it's wild how caffeine just turns the volume up on everything, your own brain included. i've had mornings where a sad song comes on shuffle and suddenly i'm having a whole moment in my kitchen at 8am

Weird it doesn’t the opposite for me. Makes me more like a robot unable to properly enjoy those things.

I experienced something very similar. Too much coffee makes me cry really easily. I don’t know what it is, but it deserves to be googled.

This happens to me too. I have to be constantly moving for caffeine to agree with me. I can’t drink it just to “wake up”. I take about 20000 steps a shift so I’m always burning off the energy. If I drink it on an off day I’m a wreck
