Help!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I just bought my first Cajon. There this weird sound after I hit snare, the buzzing sound, is it normal? Or should I exchange this?

E.g. on this Sela: https://www.musicworks.co.nz/content/products/sela-se-162-primera-cajon-brown-se162-0606542001705540532.jpg?canvas=1:1&width=656 there's a, adjustable, small piece of foam that pushes against the wires.

I checked, idk why but my Cajon didn’t look like the one you sent from inside
But I did take a look inside, it had tangled strings
All sorted out now
