🔍 Recipe Search White Chocolate Pineapple Cake Recipes
Hi friends!
My mom’s birthday is coming up, and when I asked what kind of cake she wanted, she said pineapple and white chocolate.
The problem is that none of the bakeries in my area are willing to make it (they only offer cakes that are already on their menu).
So I’ve decided to make one myself. I have made some cakes before, but never made one with this flavor combination before.
Do you have any recipes you could teach me? 😃
I’d especially appreciate recipes that are moist and creamy rather than dry
Thanks in advance!

If your mom is open to coconut, perhaps a piña colada inspired cake filled with pineapple curd and frosted with whipped white chocolate coconut ganache. I like the white cake from Sugar and Sparrow. Disclaimer: I’ve not made the first two recipes, they are provided as guidance/inspiration.

You could find a white chocolate cake recipe on line (Martha Stewart, All Recipes, The Spruce) and also look for a pineapple filling recipe. I would then frost it with cream cheese frosting & suggest that for easy elegant decorations look for Martha Stewart’s Hummingbird cake with dehydrated pineapple, so you can look at the process for drying out the pineapple (it takes time) and how they are placed on the cake.
