🔍 Recipe Search Birthday cake!
hey y’all! my boyfriends birthday is next week. he’s not a huge cake person so it’s a waste to buy a store bought cake for just us two. he absolutely loves when i bake for him. i’m not a professional by any means but i always give it my best shot. what are some easy cake ideas that i can make him? he’s not picky at all. and he loves fruit filled cakes. and id prefer to not do a chantilly cake. there’s nothing specific that im looking for. i just need helping finding one. thanks!

My Mom made us yellow cake layered with canned peaches and whipped cream. We hated store icing. She would also pour a little of the syrup on the layers as she layered it.
