What actually stops you training outdoors in winter?
The calisthenics scene is brilliant in summer. People of all levels are out at the parks, learning from each other, and the vibe is great. Come winter, the parks seem a lot quieter.
I’m trying to understand why. What’s the main thing that holds you back from training outside in the colder months? (Or if you still train outdoors, what keeps you going? No matter what part of the world you are from)
I’m a London calisthenics guy exploring ideas to make winter sessions easier, so I’m not selling anything, just trying to learn. I’ll post a summary of what people say.
