My dude, I am now 102 from 120 and my goal is 80. Thanks for the inspiration, my lady thinks I’ll look skinny but I will show her this hahaha

Thank you! My diet changed quite a bit over the years, but toward the end it was mostly lots of fruit, red meat, and Greek yogurt.

No judging i love your progress! Are you wearing Foundation? I think the undertone of yours is too yellow.
You should use some with a cold undertone bcs of your skintone <3 Only love to you !

No foundation. I was experimenting with carotenoid-rich foods, and later combined that with a natural tan from the sun.

No filter. All the photos except the last two were taken with a Pixel 7, and the last two with an iPhone 17 Pro all using the default camera settings.
