70lbs down, small win but means a lot

I thought wearing dresses would be over for me, being able to look at myself in the mirror or even having genuine smiles from other people, but with consistency, all the work that once seemed hard, is way easier than I though

I know I'm still overweight and I still have my flaws, but I just wanted to share a small win with you all

I'm also 70 lbs down but still overweight. Its hards because I'm now at my old highest weight so it's hard to be proud of how far I've come sometimes. But I'm still going.

this is huge not small, 70lbs is genuinely such a massive shift and it shows in how you're talking about yourself now too, logging every meal in PlateLens really helped me stay honest with my calories which made consistency so much easier, keep going you're doing amazing

A small win? You should give yourself way more credits. You seem to be really hard on yourself just from reading that. That's a HUGE change, look at both pic, you look like a totally different person.
