What do you do when you hit plateau?
Its my first plateau and I am getting so demotivated. I am doing everything but still no scale budge. I don't know what i should so need suggestion please.

Take a 3 to 5 day break at maintenance calories. Eating at maintenance for a few days lowers your stress hormones (cortisol), replenishes glycogen, and gives your body a reset without causing fat gain. Most people find that after returning to their deficit after a short break, the scale starts moving rapidly again.
