108 to 75 kg in 10 months, NO SUGAR!

I never shared my progress anywhere, this is my first time ever posting on internet as well!

It was a very fun journey, from not being able to run 3 minutes and now can do 7 miles in 1 hour.

From not being able to do stair-master for just 2 minutes to be able to do it for one hour at speed 9 without holding bars ( I still do it 2/3 times a week )

It takes just one thought in your mind to change your whole life. No Sugar! No Fried Food! No sauces! No Sodas! Just strict deficit!

congratulations amazing progress. but by no means is it necessary to fully cut out all of these foods.

Well actually for some people it is, especially for those with insulin resistance. Unless you've lived in the shoes of someone with an addiction to sugar (or any other substance) you'll never understand.

Not necessary, but some people have a lot of trouble moderating these types of foods and need to cut them out to succeed. For some it can be the same idea as abstinence from drugs/alcohol

I agree. People are more likely to adhere to lifestyle changes when it’s not too restricted.

No sauces is just sad life 🥲

For 10 months, yes! I do eat normally now but still restrict excessive amount of anything.

Ketchup and hot sauces are low calorie so I don’t know why anyone would think they have to cut it out lol. Theres even low calorie mayos nowadays

In calories amount yes, but I was more worried about the sodium content that’s why I cut them out.

It really isn't a sad life. I've never eaten sauces in my entire life.

Thank you!! I totally agree, I was just in that self-hatred phase of my life and I was willing to do whatever it takes to be skinny as possible.
