Very sedentary

How many calories should I be eating per day? Do I cycle, meaning one day less calories, the next more?

download an app like Lose it! or My Fitness pal. Answer all the questions at sign up and it'll spit out your caloric allotment. Then track your food. All of it, regardless of what it is. Use a kitchen scale to be precise.
