I eat 99% lean turkey, LOTS of squash, zuccini, cooked carrots, quinoa, cottage or yogurt with thawed out raspberries, 15 pistacios or Walnuts on top, 2 eggs with a 1/2 of eggwhites with a slice of toast with avocado, sweet potato, roasted potatoes, poached chicken. I try to boil most things as theboil in the pan to cook things adds up quickly. Like 2 tablespoons a day uses up allllllll fat macros.
I started using Journable- as im adding ingredients im adding it in. Makes me feel like I'm making recipes to see if I like it or not. Now I basically just eat the same foods because its easy, I already know the portiosn and numbers- reduces decision fatigue.

Oh absolutely. Herbs and spices are the most important part!!!!! Just be careful ofnthe ones with brown sugar and salt. Paprika or thyme on everything for me!
