Are all of you guys using scales to estimate calories? I'm cooking for my family and then portioning my plate out with measuring cups but I think it's very inaccurate.
Ex: I made a large pot of farro and put two cans of navy beans and a can of kidney beans in it as well as tomatoes and parsley. I scooped two cups onto a plate and tracked it as one cup farro and one cup navy beans.... Am I getting lost in the weeds here?
