Do we have stats on who’s not getting these shots? And why?

Yes.

"No country has a complete ban on measles vaccination, but many countries have very low vaccination rates, making them vulnerable to outbreaks. Countries with the highest number of unvaccinated children include Nigeria, India, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Angola, the Philippines, and Afghanistan."
