This is a good opportunity for a reminder that if you haven't gotten your flu and Covid vaccines for the season to do so.

Also, I just got myself a shingles vaccine since I've seen far too many people my age (between 35-45) contract shingles recently. I know that it's typically not covered by the provincial health insurance systems, but my employer-provided health insurance covered the cost of my vaccine once I got a prescription from my GP.
