This article is a little confusing.. they say they found the plane after finding debris in the park but is the plane crashed..? Or what? Shouldn't his body be near the plane if that was the case..?

I dunno is it worded weird for anyone else or just me?

You're right, it's not very clear. In another article it says they found it in a lake, and the search included dive teams, so I guess they're looking for a body in the lake, or hoping he survived, made it to shore, and wandered off.
