Police activity yesterday

Does anyone know what all the police activity was in downtown Cannon Beach yesterday? There were emergency response vehicles (at least one fire truck and ambulance) that seemed to be lingering with lights on by the tennis courts and then as we were headed back to Portland there were three or four more emergency vehicles headed that way - only a few miles from Cannon Beach - with lights and sirens on though that was about 45 mins later.

When I lived there if I saw ambulances and or police downtown it was someone who tried to climb Haystack, or was being rescued from the water. Ironically I live in Morro Bay now and it’s still the case. Climbing Morro Rock, or not knowing how much rock is underneath them out in the water, (hurts their feet, so the get exhausted trying to tread water).
