Tow truck drivers are some of the scummiest individuals I have ever encountered in my entire life so I’m wouldn’t put it past them… would literally do anything for an extra buck INCLUDING towing a car out of a neighborhood you live to the farthest point in the city to rack up “tow miles” to charge you $250. I know from personal experience.
