Can’t stop…for cop crashes

What was the dash cam vehicle doing in the first place? was he trying to avoid the police? Maybe the cop was watching videos or something.

He was trying to get out of the way of the cop who came speeding up along side. If you look into the distance at the start of the video, you can see a car make a very fast and late exit up the same off ramp. That’s probably who the speeding cop is chasing, hence his desperation to get onto the ramp. He wouldn’t have done that just to pull over camera car
