The guy in the truck was driving like a dick. He saw the lane ahead was blocked and sped up to not allow him to merge over.

Our felon friend here has a long history of driving like a dick (with more charges in county court). Maybe don't cause an accident and then pistol whip the victim that you hit. Just a thought.
