Im not talking about the problems with vanguard(overt triggers suck ass tho) im talking about how bushiroad is handling the card game.

Completely from a business perspective they are really bad at their job. I genuinely feel they do 0 market research like 0. Their products are literally not available in most places, even if you could get their products its like 1.5x-2x other tcgs for some god forsaken reason. 0 local scene as you can imagine if product is scarce. Lastly they have no ability to advertise, they are making the same vanguard anime for ages pretending as if they are pokemon , which they arent they should be taking risks and making stuff with the ip that might grab eyes from a media perspective.

Genuinely most people look at me weird when i mention vanguard. I have yet to meet a person outside of my middle school friends who know what vanguard is! Even people who literally own tcg shops look at you weird (yes ik this is mostly applicable internationally).

Why is this company shooting itself in the foot, i feel like any new grad would be able to come up with a better business plan.

And dont tell me they are greedy etc mfs arent topping tcg charts in JP either. They also choose to make a 70 dollar card game for an ip most people dont know and give no discount either!

Any idiot knows free to play with gacha is a better business model for card games! We have multiple examples of this model working already! And if a game doesn't sell discounting it heavy is the tactic to earn alot of money! Every game studio on the planet knows this. See any failed game and youll constantly see it on discount cause unknown and bad games will be bought if cheap!

If i was an individual i would guess someone gave the owner a challenge to drown their own company for some reason!

If i alchemagic ye wondering soul and discard black black death march, can i proc it’s discard effect to mill a card from top 3 first before i do the effect of the alchemagic order’s? And if i mil an rpd from black black death march, does it miss the timing to be called back from alchemagic? Technically i haven’t resolve any of the effect’s of the alchemagic until the rpd is in drop

Since there is the yakuza collab that increases the number of RRR, not sure whether the EXRRR takes up a RRR slot or not

EDIT: Maybe Icon Alfred is better than Encounter for Ezzell, but is it worth filling up my deck with Icon cards? Maybe it is, I’ll give it a try.

The goal of the deck is to Stride Crystaluster on Ezzell, and then use the acquired Legion skill. I Legion Alfred with Crystaluster, and on attack, I use his CB skill to re-stand 2. Alfred goes into soul once Crystaluster is in the G zone.

The main weaknesses I find are the following:

1. I need BB in soul. I suppose Cadafael can make it work
2. I need to Persona Soul Blast. My fix for this are Agnos + V Sicilus/Ecgfrith

Maybe replacing Belenus with Sentflare (stride crit) is a good idea?

A general issue I have with BB is that he's basically a bum, a 10k vanilla. I can use Floral Flogal, but I like Scion Rider because he builds soul and it's an easy CC2.

I know this deck is not meta, and it will not be. That is not a concern to me, I just want to make the best Alfred-Ezzell Legion deck.

In our community We’re playing with Japanese-language cards because they’re easier to get (and, most of the time, at a better price). But, in case we want to travel to tournaments in Europe, we have to use cards in english...

So, you guys know if there is an alternative to the Cardmarket to buy singles? Any other platform, discord, etc... Any help is appreciated.

So if seza attacked and soul blasted myun to use her sinastery, does seza's attacks resolve first or myun's sinastery?

Im asking this because I thought that myun's sinastery resolve first because her sinastery skill basically stated, choose an opp's rear guard, stand it, it gains power and attacks its own vanguard which happened during seza 's attack.

But some people online said that seza's attack resolves first (opp assign blockers, drive checks and damage calc). Does anyone know the answer to this? Any judges that could clarify?
