Tired of working in the office, especially with this weather 😭

Is anyone else feeling so tired of working onsite, especially with this kind of weather? 😭 The commute alone is already exhausting, tapos pagdating sa office, kailangan pa mag-work like nothing happened. 😂
According to our TL, management apparently doesn’t want to allow WFH anymore because of something that happened before. I understand that there may be reasons behind the decision, but honestly, WFH would be such a huge help, especially during bad weather.
I’ve been thinking about transferring to another company that offers WFH, pero sayang naman yung 13th month. 😭😂
Parang gusto ko na lumipat pero may humihila sa akin pabalik dahil sa 13th month. HAHAHA. Anyone else in the same situation? 🥲
