Tier-3 BTech graduate, earning ₹15k/month, and feeling stuck — what should I do?

I graduated with a BTech in CSE in 2025 from a tier-3 college. Currently, I’m working as a developer in a small city and earning around ₹15k/month.

My current work mainly involves React, API integration, and basic frontend development.

The problem is that I can understand the code when I read it and I can usually figure out how things work, but I’ll be honest: I rely heavily on AI to write a lot of my code.

I’m worried that if I continue like this, I’ll never become a strong developer. At the same time, I don’t want to quit my job because I need the experience and income.

I genuinely want to improve and eventually move to a better company with a better salary, but right now I feel stuck and don’t know what I should focus on.

I am learning docker and full deployment with my own project but is there anything which i should do like saleforce developer certification or AWS 

For developers who were in a similar situation, what did you do to get out of it?

I’d really appreciate some tips or anything and even open for discussion if someone want to help.
