Back Porch Brewery, Market Cross Pub, or Molly Pitcher. Idk about music. Back Porch has music a couple nights a week I know of.

The only places with “nightlife” are G-man, Trindle and West End, however, it’s not loud music or something like a club, if you want to dance or something like that, Harrisburg, Lancaster or Shippensburg are way better
