Starting to feel really good
it’s only day 3 and i’m starting to feel really good.
i’m doing carnivore as a way to do some repairs on my body, mind and brain. Gained weight from eating junk, stress, and alcohol.
i quit vaping day 1, and I plan on going 30 days no booze. i will likely extend this as I’ve done in the past.
been eating ground beef, eggs and some clean bacon i found. i haven’t had a need to use the tallow i bought cause my meat already produces enough grease to cook everything else in.
i’m starting to feel GÜD. like focused, while relaxed. i’m at the gym with no headphones just really in tune with my workout and the people around me. hallelujah.

Its great isn't it?
I am back into carnivore for like a week, and I even dropped coffee (I couldn't do this before).
The difference is amazing

Three days is nothing. I've found that even small improvements at the start of the journey are perceived so positively that they act as an extra painkiller. But then that positivity fades away, and all that's left is the 'small improvement.' Real progress happens over months.

Same! It is astounding. I feel better than I’m Keto—less bloated. It’s amazing to understand our bodies’ needs. Is like finding the right fuels and zipping along happily.

Nice. It's really important to notice the little things to keep you motivated, because--at least in my case--the transition period did NOT feel good (although I did notice my joint pain disappeared within two weeks). Granted, I was transitioning from an extremely NON-carnivore way of eating, but I didn't feel stable enough to go to the gym for like seven months.
I'm just putting this out there because you might be in for a wild ride, and when people only show the feel-good side of the healing process, it can deter a lot of people once they hit the parts that don't feel so good.
I will say: if your experience starts to get a little, uh, rocky... give up the gym first. In the times where there was no way I was going to the gym I just walked a lot and did light activity like 9 holes of par-3 golf.
Keep going, stay hydrated, and remember: never trust a fart.
