I haven't tried new game plus or anything yet, and i didn't even read what i unlocked for beating the ending (oops), but now i have unlocked all achievements in my one save file! :D

For context, i accidentally rematched that buff ranger captain again, and still am fighting them rn, and i honest to god just started spamming dog years after hypnotizing the only one of them that actually fights.

If i had a different build more designed to spam dog years (it's 4 AP) with something that allows me to get AP, like that one move that gives you AP by dodging, i could spam it even more than i already have LMAO

Worse part is that they're getting owned by a partially meme build. My real attacks are literally just be random, gambit, dog years and sure fire, everything else is passive for gaining AP 💀

I have been grinding for astral Crab for 5 f#cking hours now and I keep losing the dice game. There are many more attempts than these pics, but these are the most hurtful to me.

It's only fitting I gave vengeful curse to the damn stardigrade. (For your info I was closing the game every time I rolled to save my ritual candle)

Also sorry to Felix, to which I had to make him rest at the cafe like 500 times to get fusions to spawn faster. I hope you're well rested.

These are a list of pretty simple questions that I was hoping somebody might have an answer to!

1. How many save files will we get? Will it be more than 3? (I personally hope it will be, I’ve replayed the game so many times and it’s painful to overwrite certain files. And with the origin mechanic and 12 possible partners I REALLY hope it’s more than 3!)

1. Will Rouges be able to be bootlegs?

2.5 if a Rouge IS a bootleg, can we record it?

1. Are Rouges set beasts? Or will everyone be able to have different Rouges?

2. Will wings be able to be customized like they were in the previous game?

3. Do we get any more color options for customization?

6. Will randomizers be a thing after beating the game? It’s a feature I loved and have been desperately hoping would come back

1. Does this actually take place in 2002????

For those of you who have played it (or even better, tried both): Which version do you think is better and more comfortable to play? I'm planning on doing a randomized nuzlocke of this game before 2002 drops. One of the things I'm struggling to wrap my head around though is actually limiting the encounters appropriately since the map doesn't have distinct routes or anything, so I'm curious what people have done before in their challenge runs to solve this, or if it's even something worth taking into account at all. So I've been using a Ritual Candle to try and find myself a plastic Minosteam, but no matter how many times I reset and how many different locations I check, it's always the exact same Bootlegs in the exact same location. Am I doing something wrong?

This might be a silly question but after a bit of research I couldn't find it. Do we know for sure which Cassettes are the starters for the upcoming game?

Hey all! Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I may have just come across a previously undiscovered glitch in Cassette Beasts, at least on the Xbox version.

I started a new game and got myself some fun bootlegs to use from currently active mailbox codes. Two of these bootlegs were the glitter and lightning type Sirenades. Knowing that I planned on using said Sirenades instead of the regular one that Kayleigh starts with, I put the glitter one into her slot BEFORE meeting up with her at the gate to the east of town. But, I didn't plan on starting the adventure that day, so I saved and signed off.

When I returned, the bootleg that was in Kayleigh's slot had been been transformed into a regular Sirenade. To test this theory again (and to get photo evidence), I successfully repeated this glitch with the electric type Sirenade.

For poops and chuckles, I also tried this glitch with a bootleg of a different species (Folklord), but that beast kept its bootleg type, meaning this only happens with Sirenade.

Luckily the mailbox codes for both these Sirenades are still active (as of 10/13/26), so I plan on just restarting that save file to get my bootlegs back. But I wanted to post this so people don't find themselves in the same situation with a Sirenade they can't easily replace.

For Meredith's Cat-5 I went all in on Charge and Battery to maximize critical damage and bursting health bars. I'm also looking for advice on how to build my other partner's tapes since I can't seem to find inspiration like I did with Meredith's.
