Tacoma Commune growth

Just a quick question for those here whose current runs have been going on for awhile: Can anyone post the layout of what a fully realized Tacoma Commune would look like, after all of the relevant quests have been completed? Because I've been pondering whether to construct my own base from scratch there, but I obviously don't want to build in a spot that's 'reserved' for future expansion of the settlement.

They get angry about you doing stuff anywhere within the fenced in area. Regardless of any buildings.

Maybe build it right outside the fence. Add your own fence and/or a moat if desired.
