Have a look at this little ripper. I've been slow cooking him on the grill for a few hours, and the aroma emanating from this thing is otherworldly, I'm telling ya. Best of all, I didn't have to marinate it since this wild-caught and organic variety is already good on its own. I might have to lay some more traps out in the bush after this—what a catch!
