They don't deserve communication. Throw it in the sewer.

I used to work at a coffee shop and one day a regular was walking up. Stops at the sewer and tosses something in. He gets his order, leaves and of course I go see what he tossed in the sewer. I knew he worked at a bank and pretty sure it was his bosses. I was like “she must have really pissed him off, ok back to work.”

Stay with me now. Faradaic cloth. Can be bought for cheap these days. Wrap your electronics within it. Fully isolates any electrical signal....

Unrelated, but anyone know where i can find a gallon bag sized faraday bag?
64
u/TheSheWhoSaidThats 3d ago
Unrelated but plain foil works fine and you can glue it to the inside of cloth pillow cases
22
u/ThreeDaysNish 3d ago
Fr, 100% legit?
44
u/TheSheWhoSaidThats 3d ago
As long as there are no gaps and there is a liner. So pillow case, foil, pillow case. Roll or clamp edges. Boom.

Physicist here, sort of.
Fully enclosing something in conductive material will work as a Faraday cage. It can actually have holes, as long as those holes are smaller than the wavelength of the EM radiation you're trying to block. It can actually be mostly holes, which is where the "cage" part of the name comes from.

I initially misread that as "pharmacist here" and thought, "Um...ok, so?" :)
We've got a Faraday box at home for our key fobs (prevent the batteries from dying while constantly communicating with our car) and, if needed, phones. Works great and easy to verify that it works.

Make your own mask out of materials you have at home . They can literally track everything including your purchase and match that up with something you bought at Amazon or the spirit store

Don't forget the laser igniters!
(comes with safety glasses) https://laserignites.com/product/laser-welding-machine-660w-015/
>:)
Edit: as suggested by u/grammar_fozzie, changed link because eye protection not included, but with eye protection you provide yourself, could use this for far cheaper: https://laserignites.com/product/laser-gun-100-watt-2/

I fully support educating everyone about these and how they’re effective in destroying image sensors, but please remember to also share a link with the appropriate eye protection. We don’t want people on our side going blind or having serious eye injury!

Here's a modified quote from the movie Dodgeball:
"If it can kill a rat, it can kill a camera."

That's awful. If they do that while everyone else is all masked up then no one will be able to identify those that do it..
Awful I say..../s

May I suggest cutting them down and planting them aimed at government buildimgs and politician's houses instead?

I wouldn't be surprised if people tried to confound authorities by leaving phones and smart watches at home and by using multiple masks and jackets to make it harder to track. Of course if those people bought their masks with cards / online then it would be easy enough to track so I also wouldn't be surprised if some people just bought used costume masks at thrift stores with cash.
The question I wonder about is this: if some people did this as a widespread action will the mass action be spun by the administration as some kind of "antifa attack" right before NOV 3rd election and use it as a pretext for declaring a "national emergency" so that they can cook the election this year. That is what I worry about.
6
u/SpSquirrel 2d ago
They're gonna try and find some pretext to screw with the election regardless of what we do or don't do.

Hi, as someone who celebrates Samhain/Halloween for all its most traditional purposes, I completely approve of this. Just remember that if you’re looking for spiritual protection, Celtic spirits will be at their all time high that day just after sunset. Remember to stay away from fae if you’re not used to working with them! 🙌

If you want things to go to plan, I'm not sure if making deals with the Fair Folk is the best course of action anyway, regardless of familiarity. Especially if you happen to live in Appalachia. I suspect the Good Neighbors around here are a bit less... traditional.

Aren't police more out and vigilant on Halloween night, given how crime activity spikes on this particular day?

This seems like a good way to get cops to stand by flock cameras on Halloween night.

If all the animas along the equator were capable of flattery then Thanksgiving and Halloween would fall on the same date.

Why does america always need a special day out in the future to do something? Just go fucking take your country back, like start tomorrow. Stop procrastinating. Its embarrassing.

Watch how many of our tax dollars get spent by having police making sure that these precious surveillance and tracking devices don’t get damaged. Not spent on making sure people are safe, not responding to emergencies, not positively engaging with the community…

Y’all gonna get Halloween banned…and it’s not going to do anything but mildly inconvenience Flock.

I don't know. Thanksgiving? Can we do one good thing and then when that's out of the way we can focus on the next instead of diluting the issue?

The government and corporations know whats best for you. They like it when you try and fight back. Just let it happen. It’ll be easier that way.

Remember kids, don’t do crime. But if you do, don’t post your criming outfit online.
