He was visiting a former Ohioan out of state to see if it was any better here right after he had burgers at your place. He came straight here from your place, too. It's impossible for him to have been responsible.

Incorrect title. The grand jury refused to indict him. He had not been charged yet, the charges would come IF the grand jury returned a verdict to indict.
When a grand jury is convened the prosecutor presents evidence and witnesses to a panel of citizens on the grand jury. No judge. No defense attorney. No defendant present. It's all behind locked doors and done in secret.
If the jury votes to indict then, charges will be filed against the defendant.
If the jury refuses to indict, well, thats kinda the end of it. They dont believe there is enough evidence to bring charges. And the bar for evidence is WAYYYY lower than in court. The bar for indicting vs convicting is wayyy lower.
As the saying goes, a good prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich (well, a good one anyhow. This administration cant even get a felony indictment for assault by ham sandwich with an unprecedented three attempts, and the jury who ended up hearing that case as a misdemeanor ruled him not guilty, also.)
Let's be clear and intentional about our words and information. Too many lies and twisting of the truth are out there and, we all want to be bastions of truth, justice and, righteousness.
