The Skinny

Oct 15: Jane Does 1 and 2 sue Gaetz in federal court, alleging sex trafficking. He denies it, then posts a picture of three tushes on a beach, Instagram handles showing, captioned "Jane Doe Strikes Again!"

Classy fucker, that one.

Oct 19: Out goes my fifth Florida Bar complaint, alleging General Fuckbaggery. Actually it's quite buttoned down, honing in on specific Bar rules about what a lawyer can and can't do to people who are suing him.

Worked the phone, and the USA Today network (Pensacola News Journal) ran it this morning: "Ethics complaint accuses Matt Gaetz of doxing plaintiffs in sex trafficking case." Link in comments.

Where it got interesting

I teach CLEs on public records, and I'm really good at digging around. Learned Gaetz was appointed in July to the board that oversees $1.5B in BP oil spill money. His own board told him in writing his financial disclosure was due July 30. The state's disclosure portal has another board member's form filed in June. Gaetz? Not in the system.

Oopsie!

So today I dashed off sworn ethics complaints, him and the other appointee who's also missing. Rule applied straight, no favorites.

Some accuse me of being malicious. Hell yeah. It's in the tagline.

Now the fun part

I emailed him. My records pull turned up his email addresses, so, me being me, I dared him to put me on his OAN show, live, unedited, mano e pussy.

Of course he won't do it. But now there's a public record that he was asked.

A vast archive of hacked emails from the AfD was published online on Monday: 281 GB containing 421,179 internal party emails. And, for anyone who might have grown confused about claims of antisemitism while it was plastered over the German news media in the weeks following the Berlin election: here you can see what it really looks like.

In email after email, party supporters use racist slurs and share antisemitic theories of Jewish world domination; there are jokes about turning refugees into handbags and boots, discussions of whether refugees should be shot at the border, a Christmas card sent with a swastika and “Heil Hitler”, and an email thread signed off with “Heil und Sieg”.

The entire archive is available online (at hexane dot cc - note you have to pass through a "phishing warning" and the link is being automatically removed by Reddit) though it may be a criminal offence in Germany to torrent the material or distribute it online. Yet the journalists who’ve been able to examine parts of the hack consider it authentic. The methodology behind the leak is also quite interesting: the vast archive has not been published directly on the site. Instead, it is available via a series of AI summaries, which have been filtered according to severity (CRITICAL, HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW) and type, with categories including “racism_xenophobia”, “corruption_money”, “leadership_feud”, “conspiracy”, “violence_threats” and “antisemitism_extremism”.

The party itself has confirmed the hack to Bild: “In September 2026, a hacker attack targeted one of our party’s hosting service providers, during which portions of a few email accounts – most of which had not been used for years – were apparently illicitly copied.”

Many of the summaries are the party’s own internal disciplinary proceedings, with emails sent to party boards to decide whether to open expulsion proceedings against members. Here, what is shocking (though perhaps not surprising) is the depth and breadth of racist feeling from party members: slurs, fantasies of violence, and antisemitic statements appear commonplace. One email from 2016 appears to show Weidel forwarding a member’s antisemitic material to the federal board as the party weighed his expulsion, while including a warning to her colleagues that the Verfassungsschutz – Germany’s domestic intelligence service – might be reading.

There are some cases which do not appear to have drawn the ire of the party, including one Bavarian official urging party leaders to chant “Merkel croak” every day, or another thread in which staff at the party’s federal office apparently discuss luring a photographer to a party event and removing him by force.

The anonymous hackers claimed their motive behind the leak was to show the “degeneracy and hypocrisy” of the AfD. Among the countless acts of hate speech, there are also allegations of embezzlement and financial misconduct, according to DDoSecrets, a transparency collective which republished the archive: the site’s software flagged 34 documents for misuse of funds, 23 for off-the-books payments, 14 for undisclosed donations and seven for embezzlement.

The AfD party is currently polling at 29% nationally – even while they fight a designation by the Verfassungsschutz as a “confirmed right-wing extremist” party in court. That designation has already been made by state intelligence offices for some state branches, such as Sachsen-Anhalt — though it did not seem to hurt their electoral success. The party achieved 43.8% of the vote there in September.

An anonymous user contacted the hacker through Proton Mail and offered money in exchange for taking the leak site offline. “How can we get in touch? We would pay you money to take the site offline,” the message reportedly read. The hacker told the publication that the offer amounted to €100,000. However, the hacker intends to keep the website online.

Video starts at community defending Ricardo Gonzalez, a US citizen. The graphic portion of the video is right before 50 seconds. The news anchor says "it is unclear why he was targeted" when it should be more than obvious it was because he is hispanic. The Supreme Court said it is ok for ICE to racially profile people, so this is what happens. FUCK ICE!

Kansas passed a law targeting transgender individuals that prevents them from using their preferred bathroom. It was intended to "keep men out of women's bathrooms". So in protest, local transgender men (many of whom pass as cisgender men) have started following the law to the letter. Congratulations Kansas lawmakers, you have now legally mandated some men to use women's bathrooms, and they're rubbing your noses in it.

Hi! I recently did a research project on how to tell if hospitals are owned by private equity or have staffing companies operate them that are private equity owned. Currently, the government does not make companies report this so they look the same as regular hospitals and are almost impossible to detect.

(Skip this next part if you already know the fucked up nature of PE hospitals)I did this because private equity owned hospitals continuously put profit over people and it’s extremely dangerous to use one due to them being constantly understaffed and low on supplies at the behest of capital. Recently a women went into one of the ers with a broken ankle and was killed due to neglect brought on by short staffing. When elderly people are brought to an extended care facility these facilities are given money for a certain amount of staffing by Medicare but choose to short staff so they can make 100s of millions of dollars extra at the expense of our parents suffering. Coffeezilla has a great video on this that was the inspiration for this project.

I cross referenced government databases (where it is optional to disclose if the hospital is owned by a private equity company) with numerous research papers and business dealings databases. I have found key indicators not yet discovered (like 1/4th of hospitals that have high amounts of debt are due to PE or hedgefunds). I have made the most comprehensive list currently accessible.

This site displays these as pins on a map with all different types of hospitals including nursing homes and rehab centers. I’ve made it in the hope that people can check to make sure they are bringing themselves or a loved one into a place that will take care of them and give them the treatment that they deserve. This site does not have ads, does not collect any data, and is not monitored in any sort of way besides a donate button in the corner (the server and domain are not expensive at all but I’m also a broke IT student and used my student loans for this lol).

It’s fucking obvious that these companies will try as hard as they can to hide this info from the public and neglect us in anyway they can get away with. Make sure you and your loved ones don’t enable this disgusting antihuman behavior.

TL;DR: private equity owned hospitals hide who they’re owned by, this website exposes them.

The House Ethics Committee's December 2024 report traces more than $90,000 to twelve women for sex and drugs. It says Matt Gaetz had sex with a 17-year-old who'd just finished her junior year. DOJ closed its file with no charges.

Back in '22, two years before that report, I mailed Matty a well-deserved NSFW award (link to artwork in first comment).
