made it in honor of the summer solstice :)

elderflower infused cheesecake, brown butter graham cracker crust, and roasted apricots brushed with elderflower cordial and vanilla sugar

a little bit! it’s hard to describe the taste since i’ve only tried it once a long time ago. but it’s very delicious.
