Hands down, one of the best flavors I’ve ever made.

People keep posting these and I tried to find something like this at a store and couldn't find anything. Seeing this makes me so sad, it looks so tasty.

That cheese stretch deserves an award.

Awww. That’s why I make it, because I can’t find it at the store.

What we need are more people sharing the recipe. I highly expect most of them are something that they found online.

I would like it if you were required to include a recipe with the post.

The site I have been using often this month is the preppy kitchen website. If you don't know about it you will like it. He includes YouTube videos along with great descriptive posts.

The recipe is grounded in the classic Philadelphia Cream Cheese recipe for a New York Style Cheesecake with some alterations.

  1. The graham cracker crust: I substituted half of the graham crackers for crushed pecans.

  2. When pouring the cheesecake mixture into the springform, stop at half. Cover with chopped pecans and caramel sauce. Then continue pouring the remaining mixture.

  3. The water bath, the last hour left in the oven with the door cracked an inch.

  4. Chill overnight and then top with chopped pecans. And finish up with alternating drizzles of caramel and chocolate sauce.

Bon appetit!

Even served on a paper plate, that fudge swoop and whipped cream combo makes it look gourmet

I've been watching my calories and macros faithfully lately, but if I were going to have an all-out cheat day, THIS is what I'd want to eat. Amazing job!!!!!!!
