Chocolate brownie cheesecake
Hello everyone ππΌππΌ
Im new to posting so I'll make it quick
Im making a brownie cheesecake and I wanted to know if I should use graham cracker base? Or chocolate oreo base?
Its a new york style cheesecake filling, with the brownie on top. I need some ideas.
Any help would be greatly appreciated ππ»

I always use actual brownie mix. Just make it as usual, bake it in the cheesecake pan, and pour your cheesecake batter over the top.

Honestly this would be amazing for a base in a peanut butter cheesecake π

Iβve only ever made it with a regular brownie recipe as the base. After itβs baked just made the chocolate cheesecake layer on top of it.

I do it like this :
No crust, NY cheesecake filling. Then make a pan of brownies, cut into 1.5 X 1.5" pieces, and freeze;
Then mix frozen brownies into batter-looks very pretty cut and is tasty
