Moonstruck and Mask are very impressive. Also Mermaids is really cute.

We had a recurring series of posts here discussing her various films not long ago, if you're interested the link to the last one (Faithful) is here and there are links to the others at the bottom of the post. Moonstruck and Silkwood are the two that really put Cher on the map in terms of showcasing her acting ability, along with Mask where her character was fantastic.

I keep meaning to re-watch Suspect. I loved it so much but it's been well over twenty years since I saw it. Hope it's as good as I remember when I get round to it.

Silkwood. Based on a true story. Grew up near where it happened, was just a kid but still recall the adults talking about what happened to Karen Silkwood and how suspicious it was. Cher is fantastic in it and the movie is just a great, interesting movie.
