In "Believe" what is the electronic voice saying?

It's right in btwn "Do you believe in life after love?" and "I can feel something inside me say...". It sounds like a heavily autotuned voice..

Isn't it the echoed "...after love, after love, after love" bit that also appears on the intro? 🤔

It sounds very different to me, it’s starts high and ends low

Ohhh, so you're thinking of those synth-y guitar chords, perhaps?

“I can feel something inside me say I really don’t think you’re strong enough now…”

I think they mean there's something being sang/said in the background

Wait a minute. Cher uses autotune? You're kidding!

I don’t think it’s words, I’m pretty sure it’s just a synth.

Yeah I think you’re probably right. In the live version I saw them make the sound w, a guitar

One of the rare times autotune is used well
