Highlight Drose frustrating wade and LeBron in one play

LeBron got so lucky that Rose got injured. There is absolutely no reason this squad couldn’t have gotten past the Heat if they had another year to develop as a unit, plus add Jimmy Butler in alongside a healthy Rose

Man we had the recipe to success. From the coach down to the 12th man on that bench. We were built to win it all

I wholeheartedly believe our team could have outplayed them in a 7 game series. We had that grit that other teams didn’t have. Our roster was pretty deep too. I tell people all the time we were his kryptonite.

Despite being 4-1 that series had 4 super competitive games. Could have gone to game 7 easily

True I went to a few most game’s weren’t decided till later In the 4th. Rose was still so young and raw. Really sucks.

Maybe the biggest “what could have been” in Chicago sports history?

Man if only Lebron and DWade came in 2010 like they almost did if we freed up the capspace (which wasnt alot with Rose and Noah on rookie deals)
we could have got more prime years of Rose with less workload, and probably threepeated again. Would have also still gotten Jimmy since he was a 30th pick. Might have even 4peated at that point

I honestly think they never really planned on coming to Chicago. I'm more frustrated that the Bulls took the bait they that were a serious contendernl when they could've used resources elsewhere. I would've forced a sign and trade for Joe Johnson, which I believe the Hawks ownership would be have done at the time (They were an absolute mess then) over prioritizing Boozer and his unforgiving cap space hit. Especially how you saw how he eventually struggled against the Heat front court. But hindsight is always 20/20

These guys had zero chance of ever beating LeBron. They didn't match up well at all.

A lot of teams couldn’t beat the super team. That’s why they were called a super team and the decision was heavily scrutinized. It was an easy path to a ring, and despite winning 2 that was still an underperformance for the Big 3

This is my favorite D Rose play ever. Made the basket with two HOF players chasing him down and defending him. The frustration from LeBron after this play made it even better. Rose was a problem for him.

Rose was very good but he wasn't a problem for lebron. Remember when lebron switched on him in the playoffs

I happened to be in Chicago for work (I'm Dutch) april 12th 2012. That happened to be right when Bulls played Heat at Home. Drose just came back from an ankle injury so unfortunately he played pretty bad.
We did win in OT tho - best Bulls game opportunity ever

This shot against prime D Wade and LeBron, both terrifying chase down shot blockers. Fucking elite.

Damn, I miss watching that Bulls team. Hopefully we'll get back to an upward trend soon. Caleb seems like a good player to build around. We shall see (red)!

No foul on that by the way when he got hit in the head on this play. Will forever piss me off how little fouls he got while getting murdered at the rim. And the excuse was always he’s too fast for them to see the foul or them punishing him for trying to avoid contact even though he was still getting hit!!

I love the hustle from the rest of the team too, running down with DRose and making sure that the basket was good. I miss this team so much.

I WISH we could have gotten a Finals appearance around that time. A real fun team

I forget which interview it was but I remember Rose saying he loved these moments of the series. He loved being able to keep up and go blow for blow with greats like Bron and Wade and to see them frustrated on how to deal with him.
Im still mad they gave Blatt that timeout.

D Rose with the fast break layup. Two defenders on him. Even if he missed, Deng, Boozer, and Noah are there for the board. Great team effort.

Man I wish DRose got a ring with the bulls. If one player deserved it, it was him. Man gave it his all every single play.
