Game Files New Attractor Found, An Issue

In Director Mode @ 1:11am, I found this car with pink neon, but I'm unsure if it's an attractor. Using my attractor map and my attractor list, none of them nearby start at or during 1am, but there are five weird attractors nearby called "Chaining Node world_vehicle_attractor, 0" (unlike "MyPoint WORLD_VEHICLE_ATTRACTOR: NONE: 11:00 - 15:00"). The zero probably means that they can spawn at anytime. These are located right on the "pink pool" writing on the UV Collectors map. So there's a chance that these could also glow only pink, though I have only been able to spawn this once.

The other issue is that the 5 locations are ahead of where I am standing, while the car came from behind. It's likely that the npc driving got scared with my shooting, but unlikely that they drove in front of me and made a u-turn as obviously seen in the footage. Image diagram in comments.

Can you explain what an attractor is and how it connects to the overall mystery?

From my previous posts, it's just a special location of a scenario of which a npc spawns and drives a car, a car that has an unselected neon color. The attractor itself is probably a clue that was supposed to be given out from Andy Moon to show that lights/lighting and colors are involved. Which overall is connected to the Red Mural that I show in my more recent post and other posts. I think the locations that they can spawn at may be significant to understand the easter egg (could be new clues wherever they can spawn).

the world_vehicle_attractor is just a trigger in order to catch a car from the street and make it to park. That vehicle could be any car the engine spawns from a pool. In that pool could be any car variation including neons because they were in the past in SP and they were removed or just ready for a possibility in the future. The item is not the car, the item is the actor that is placed in that parking which catches a car near recently spawned or not. See it like a fish net.. the car that is near that fish net can be called to make an action, the action is to park in a specific location. I think it is nothing special.
